DOA Policy

At Blue Basin Aquatics, we take great care to ensure all corals arrive healthy. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the following applies:

DOA Claims:

– Must be reported within 2 hours of delivery

– Clear photos of the coral inside the sealed bag are required

– Photos must be taken under white lighting

What We Offer:

Approved DOA claims will be issued store credit (shipping not included).

What Is Not Covered:

– Delayed delivery

– Improper acclimation

– Corals left in extreme temperatures after delivery
